Entrepreneurship

I didn’t choose to fly solo. But, I had to learn how to own my role as a boss, even when I felt like shit. I was broken and felt worthless. Amidst that, I had to take the reins and make my business work so that I could provide for my kids. I wanted to give them the life they deserved despite our situation.

I also had to learn how to treat my staff like family. The strength of an organization rests on the strength of its team. My team needed to feel like family.

Everything rested on my shoulders. There was no one there to pick me up when I made a mistake. There was no one there to bail me out when cash wasn’t flowing the way it should. It was all on me.

That’s why I’m sharing my story. I know there are other people out there tho’re experiencing what I’ve experienced. This sections focuses on what I’ve learned over the past 20+ years about: starting a business from scratch, building a team, scaling a million-dollar business, legacy building, collaborating with the right people, mentorship and so much more.
